Bio

Today I am fully integrated.  I am the highest version of myself in this moment.  I am in perfect peace.  I can do anything I set my mind to do and I can do it very well.  I think the highest thoughts.  I take the highest ways.  I am a Master Certified Personal Trainer.  I am an author.  I am a speaker.  I am a creative mind and an artistic soul.  I am a mother of three.  I am an empath.  I am a leader.  I am a visionary.  I am a warrior.  I am a giver.  I am an intellect.  I am a healer.  I am a seer.  I am the truth.

My life has played out something like a movie!  I was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic but immigrated to a small town in Northern British Columbia, Canada because of the traumatic circumstances my family had encountered.  I was the only person of color in my small town and I was the only person of color at home.  The odds were always stacked against me but the more I was afflicted and abused, the more I developed internally.

At only fourteen years old I moved out of my family’s home and to the city of Vancouver.  At fifteen I graduated from high school and pursued my dream.  I was shortlisted but not chosen to be a member of a well known girl band.  I worked as an extra, a production assistant, a choreographer, a stunt woman, a promo model, a showgirl, and a talent agent (not consecutively).  My career was finally taking off when deep trauma rerouted me completely.

Fast forward just a few years and I was now a broken, single mother and soon to be divorcée.  My dreams had been crushed and I could see no way of escaping the prison that had become my life.  I was reliving my childhood helplessness all over again.  That is when I heard Him calling me.  I moved to Miami immediately and the rest my friends, is history.
